A full day, one-to-one, for small business owners who aren’t technical. We set up the foundations together, on your own accounts, and you leave able to carry on alone.

Who it’s for
You run a small business. You’ve seen what AI can do and you want to use it to build things for your own business, like a booking page, a simple app or an internal tool. But you’re not technical, you don’t know where to start, and you want it done safely.
This day gives you the tools and the confidence to do it yourself. It’s education, not development: I don’t build your app for you, and there’s no ongoing support. If you want help later, follow-up sessions can be booked by the hour.

A year ago I wasn’t a coder. I learned this whole setup by building working systems for real hospitality and food businesses, so I know exactly where people get stuck.
One-to-one, at your pace
Just you, on your own accounts, at the speed that suits you. Not a group workshop where everyone needs something different.
Your hands on the keyboard
You do everything yourself, all day. I coach, you do, so it sticks when you’re on your own.
What you need to bring
- A laptop (Mac or Windows) you can install software on, and your phone for security codes
- The business Google account that will own everything, and access to its inbox
- Your domain login, if you have a domain
- A paid Claude plan
- A business card for Google Cloud billing. It’s free at small scale, and we set a budget alert on the day
- A quiet space with a good internet connection for the video call
- The full day, free of interruptions
You don’t need a server or any new hardware. The day is built around Google Workspace. Microsoft 365 users are welcome too, though the automation part is covered at an introductory level.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. A year ago I couldn’t code either. You’ll work with Claude in plain English, and I’ll explain every step as we go.
Do I need a server?
No. Everything runs on online services you sign up to on the day. There’s nothing to buy or plug in.
What if I use Microsoft?
You’re welcome. The day is built around Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 users can do it too, though the automation part is covered at an introductory level. We’ll talk it through on the free call.
Will you build my app?
No. This is training, not development. I set up the foundations with you, you do the work, and you leave able to carry on alone.
Is there support afterwards?
There’s no ongoing support, but you’ll have your written handover, and you can book follow-up sessions by the hour if you’d like more help.
Will there be running costs?
Your paid Claude plan, plus Google Cloud, which is free at small scale. We set a budget alert on the day so there are no surprises.
